ENHANCE YOUR CLINICAL SUPERVISION PRACTICE

CSRC offers clinical supervision practitioners many opportunities to meet other practitioners searching for best practices and answers to questions from the ‘front lines’ of supervision work.

Supervision practitioners will find helpful resources to support their work and broaden their professional networks. Collaborator meetings include dedicated time to meet other CSRC members, including other supervision practitioners and researchers. These meetings sometimes feature brief focused discussions on a current supervision issue as well as open discussion.

Supervision practitioners are immensely valuable contributors to the research goals of CSRC, alerting researchers to emerging and challenging issues yet to be explored adequately. Their expertise provides important perspectives for addressing the research to practice gap.

Collaborators can join – or create – CSRC Special Interest Communities (SICs) around research topics and/or practice issues. Current groups devoted to supervision practice conversations include a SIC composed of practitioners in public agencies. Supervision practitioners also may benefit from – and contribute to – SICs focused on research and practice topics such as trauma-informed supervision, supervision training, and use of active learning strategies in clinical supervision. Visit as many CSRC SICs as you like!

CSRC offers supervision practitioners access to cutting edge research on clinical supervision as well as input into future directions for enhancing supervision practice. Practitioners have a welcomed place within the community of others who are passionate about clinical supervision.
